We hope you love your products, but if for any reason you need to return something to us, we’ve made it as simple as possible.  

Simply return the item in its original condition and packaging within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund. For health, safety and hygiene reasons, we will not be able to offer a refund, replacement or exchange on used or open items. We can only accept returns for orders placed on our website. Please follow the below instructions so we can process your return as quickly as possible. 

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale/reduced items cannot be refunded.


How to Return:

  1. Please fill in your returns form that came with your order and send back your items in original packaging. A completed returns form is a must in order for us to trace your order and process the refund.
  2. Re-pack your item(s) in the original packaging, in a secure, waterproof package.
  3. Return your package via tracking post, remembering to get proof of postage. Please don’t post your package without getting proof of postage. Keep it safe in case you need to use this as evidence of your return. This returning cost is the responsibility of the customer.
  4. It is the customers responsibility to ensure their return is tracked and proof of tracking is provided.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Please allow 3-5 working days for your refund to be processed. 

NOTE:  Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item purchased is faulty or incorrect.

We don’t offer exchanges right now. You can return your item to us for a refund, and then place a new order to get the item of your choice.

Sale Items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. We do not accept returns on sale items except where required by law.
