team. You will have a wide range of responsibilities which will include overseeing
all digital & social marketing activity. 

We’re looking for an experienced
marketing professional with strong track record in digital marketing. The
successful applicant will have the ability to deliver excellent marketing
campaigns across digital & social.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee the Marketing Team.
  • Manage and develop the digital marketing strategy.
  • Create, Plan & Manage all marketing campaigns, for search, digital, social media, email & paid campaigns.
  • Managing & liaising with agencies & 3rd party companies.

    global scale. You should have developed highly creative campaigns and
    demonstrated ability to think big and implement innovative ideas in ways which
    create significant social sharing and PR attention. The secrets to SOSUbySJ’s success are the energy and passion in the team. You should

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage the strategic social media marketing plan and content calendar driving KPIs across campaigns and channels: TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest and other relevant existing and new channels using Sprout Social to manage and expedite
    • Work with publishers and platforms (directly and indirect) and other partners to find fast and creative ways to build, execute and measure innovative social plans to connect with customers, maximise engagement and create sharing, ‘talkability’ and advocacy.
    • Create regular, dynamic, and compelling content for each social media channel including IG story design and graphics, to best utilise the capability of each social /digital platform.
    • Scour the internet for ideas and feedback what to do differently based on the buzz online around influencers, video marketing and new innovative tactics.
    • Work to further develop our affiliate linking programme identifying up and coming micro-influencers and building out the rewards scheme to incentivise and grow.
    • Manage and escalate DMs together with the customer support team.
    • Build relationships with key influencers in all regions traded in.
    • Monitor emerging social media platforms and apps that can add value to the business.

      commercially astute, trend-driven and dynamic Assistant Buyer who can work
      within a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a proven
      background in product development, managing supplier relationships, exposure to
      stock and critical path management, a creative flair and a passion for beauty.
      The candidate will work under clear direction from the Buyers to provide
      support for our rapidly growing brands.

      Responsibilities:

      • Manage product development for capsule collections specific to retail / e-commerce customers / collaborations.
      • Work closely with Buyers and Brand Graphic Designer on all design briefs regarding formulation, componentry & packaging.
      • Manage product samples and daily communication with supply base to adhere to timely production schedules.
      • Liaise with Marketing Team to ensure product samples and required information for campaigns and launches are sufficiently organized in a timely manner.
      • Product display management; this may include counter displays, floor stands, press boxes, retail window displays etc
      • Maintain stock levels on core product lines and core components.
      • Assisting the buying teams on critical path management, freights, and general stock & sales analysis.
      • Regularly monitor competitor pricing, product launches and movements.
