1. Prep your lips. Moisturise lips for a smoother surface that will make lip liner application easier.

3. Continue lining along the bottom of your lips too, matching up with the upper lip line to complete your liner look.

5. Apply your lipstick or lip pigment on top, either straight from the bullet or use a lip brush for extra precision.
